ReCORD Your Hours!

Recording hours may not be exciting, but they can certainly be helpful as you apply for scholarships, jobs, internships and the CORD.

Save paper, save a visit to the SLVC, and save some of your precious time by recording your hours on Campus Link!

How do you record your hours?

  1. Go to campuslink.okstate.edu and log-in using your Okstate e-mail address and password, also known as your O-KEY username.
  2. Go to the Service-Learning Volunteer Center page.
  3. Click on Service Hours, which is on the last box in the menu on the left sidebar.
  4. Select the date that you served.
  5. Describe what service you provided.
  6. Plug in the number of hours and minutes that you served.
  7. For verification contact, you must include a name and a phone number or an e-mail address.
  8. Click Submit.

Can’t find the Service Hours button?

You’re probably not a member of the group. Click Become a Member. Once your membership is approved, you’ll be able to record your serice hours.

P.S. If you’ve turned in individual hours to the SLVC on paper, please record those hours online, too. That way you’ll have an easily accessible record of your hours no matter where you are.

Life Impacting Paid Summer Job with Kids!!!!

Camp War Eaglewill be on theOklahoma State University Campus January 25-26.  Camp War Eagle is a Christian Sports and Adventure Camp for Underserved and at Risk kids ages 7-17 in NW Arkansas (about 4 hours from Stillwater).  We are looking for college students that Love God first and foremost, Love Kids, Love the outdoors, and Love making a difference in the lives of others!!!  Most of our kids come from pretty hard homes and really need a positive role model in their lives and that role model could be you.  About 80% of our 4000 kids get a $2000 experience at no cost.  Pretty amazing!!!

Camp War Eaglecould be a great place for you to spend your summer, while getting paid for it at the same time.  For a lot of Students at OSU it could serve as a PAID summer internship, especially for any major dealing with kids, social services, ministry, recreation, leisure, nature/ecology, or sports.   WE will help accommodate almost any situation based on the requirements by your department.  This summer….consider making a difference. CWE Interviews: 

Interviews will be on Wednesday and Thursday. To sign up for an interview, visit our table or call Lyndsay Crawford at 713-204-9561. .  It is required to be hired, but does not commit you.
